Landafrique is a Nigerian real estate group with a portfolio of property products designed to connect Nigerians with land and home ownership opportunities. Aspire Homes, one of their key products, is a residential offering targeting prospective property buyers across Nigeria. Before any creative work could begin, Landafrique recognised that Aspire Homes needed a solid brand foundation — one that would shape how the product was perceived and set the tone for all design and marketing that followed.
Aspire Homes had a strong product but lacked the brand identity to match. Without a defined visual language, tone, or brand guide, every piece of creative output risked feeling inconsistent and unconvincing to potential buyers. The core challenge was two-fold: first, build a brand that could stand out in a competitive real estate market and command trust — then, use that identity to drive awareness, educate buyers, and generate leads at scale.
