Socialander gave me a chance when I wasn’t expecting it — especially when I was looking for a place to do my NYSC PPA — and it’s been such an immense career journey for me.
I’ve worked in teams I never thought I would and gained knowledge in areas I previously knew little about. Reporting directly to Bella has been the best part — he’s always ready to teach and push you to learn. It’s an experience I truly enjoyed, and I’d choose this team of innovative young people all over again.
Serving at Socialander during my NYSC was an incredibly rewarding experience. From the very beginning, I felt like more than just a corps member, I felt like a valued part of the team.
The company was flexible on days I had to do Nysc activities, which made balancing work and service seamless. More importantly, I had the chance to learn under a team lead who challenged me to be more proactive and creative. His guidance helped me grow professionally and boosted my confidence in taking initiative.
I’m truly grateful for the experience and proud to have served with such a forward-thinking and inclusive team.
